Please have your physician or health care provider request your free kit by faxing us the following information on their office stationary or letterhead. Rhinostat will send the kit directly to the doctor’s office.
The following details are required:
- Patient name
- Name of the active compound in the patient’s current nasal spray. This is a critically important detail as all of our kits are individually formulated. Please check the packaging and labeling of your current nasal spray. This is typically Oxymetazoline, Phenylephrine or Xylometazoline.
